Stock

With over 8,700sqm of warehousing, Specflue holds in excess of £3m of flue and chimney products - the largest in the UK. From domestic twin wall stainless steel chimney systems to specialist plastic commercial flue, you can rely on Specflue to stock the products you regularly use, ensuring you receive the goods when you need them.

Delivery

All stocked products are delivered by FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY anywhere within the UK mainland (excludes Highlands & Islands). We have the largest own vehicle fleet in the industry, running up to 18 Specflue vans a day. All our distribution staff are fully experienced and work to the respected ISO 9001 standards, allowing you peace of mind in the knowledge that your products will arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Design and Quotation

Our technical team can provide a full and free CAD design service and offer advice on all domestic and commercial installations.

Staff

All our sales and technical staff are HETAS qualified and regularly take part in on-going training sessions. We also have 8 external sales representatives throughout the UK (contacts) who can provide you with on-site support and information.

Training

Opened in March 2011 Specflue's National Chimney Academy (NCA) houses eight working appliances including stoves, cookers, open fires, fans, pellet stoves, the Xcel Heat Bank & solar panels for practical training. Full roof access allows viewing of the terminals & weatherings. The NCA offers the trade the most comprehensive training facility in the UK including a classroom for all the necessary theory training. Specflue hosts monthly HETAS training courses, as well as free courses including 'Introduction to Flues', 'Flue Safety on Boats' and 'Isokern Training'.

Web Sites and Internet Policy

Specflue provides professional and specialist flue products to the trade. We do not sell online; nor do we encourage the sale of any of our products online via our customers. This is because the majority of flue products should be installed by qualified chimney engineers in order to guarantee product warranty and ensure safe installation.
