Flashings

Lead Flashings

Where a chimney system or vent penetrates through a deep profiled or pantiled roof, a lead flashing provides a weather tight joint. Our range of lead flashings can be used on both tiled and slate roofs. Various diameters and angles are available from stock, with specials available to order.  A storm collar is required for a weather tight resistant seal between the pipe and the flashing.

Aluminium Flashings

Aluminium flashings are used to weather proof a vent or chimney system through a flat or angled roof.  Manufactured in rigid aluminium, a storm collar is required to maintain a weather tight resistant seal between the pipe and the flashing.

Rubber Flashings

Our range of Masterflash rubber flashings provide a weather tight joint.  Sealed tightly with sealant and any type of fastener, the flexible base is virtually compatible with any roofing material (including metal, plastic, asphalt, tile, rubber membrane). The stepped cone design ensures it is easily adaptable to almost all roof pitches and is available to suit flue diameter sizes from 90mm to 660mm.

Res Uni Flashings

Res Uni Flashings are made using an 'environmentally safe' lead free metal base. The stepped cone design and in-built 20° angle make the flashing easily adaptable to almost any roof pitch up to 45°. The pull tab design and easy smooth tear groove is intended to eliminate razor knives and allow for a circular hole. Clearly marked designation of pipe diameter takes the guess work out of sizing.
